Over the years, you have heard a lot about our experiences … so now it’s your turn: we are going to run a couple of new series looking at what is happening in your teams and organisations.
The first is titled ‘Talk the board’ (in a nod to the stand-up style called walk-the-board whereby teams talk about the tickets on the board rather than the what-i-did-yesterday-what-I-will-do-today format). This will look at the visualisations that you use to communicate your workflows. We are interested in the method of visualisation rather than what you are working on so will be blurring out the content of tickets. The second idea is an invitation-only series where we will be running brief interviews to hear from some of the interesting characters in our community. If there is someone you would like to hear about, please let us know via the contact us form.
