What is a CSM?
This course is endorsed by the Scrum Alliance, Inc (www.scrumalliance.org) and on completion entitles the delegate to claim a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) license, valid for two years.Is there an exam?
Yes. The CSM accreditation is achieved by attending this two-day course and participating fully in the exercises and class discussions, and then taking an online test in your own time afterwards. The test is 35 multiple choice questions based on the course materials. Delegates must achieve 24 questions or more correctly to pass the test.What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The hotel is just a few minutes from Juntion 11 of the M4. Complimentary car parking is available in the hotel's underground car park on a first-come-first-served basis, but there is also ample parking outside. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the centre of Reading and the estimated cost for a taxi from the train station is £10.Is my ticket refundable or transferrable?
Yes. We will issue a full refund if you cancel your booking 14 days before the course starts. However, cancellation (or no-show at the event) after this time will result in you being charged the full amount due. We will be happy for you to transfer your ticket to another person but, should they cancel or not attend the course, the full amount is due. Taking a CSM course, passing the CSM test, and accepting the license agreement designates you as a Certified ScrumMaster, which indicates that you have been introduced to and understand the basic concepts you need to perform as a ScrumMaster or team member on a Scrum team. This course also satisfies two elements of the CSD track: Scrum Introduction and Elective.
