Gain an understanding of the principles behind this popular project management framework. In this class you’ll get a brief history and explanation of the core values and principles of the Agile Manifesto and how Scrum relates to it. We’ll cover the roles and ceremonies of Scrum, as well as explain the most common approach that Scrum teams use for estimating and planning projects.

  • Understand the Agile Manifesto and how Scrum relates to it;
  • Learn the roles that make up a Scrum team;
  • Understand Scrum ceremonies such as “Daily Stand Up”, “Sprint Review” and “Retrospective”;
