Definitions

“Site” refers to scrumandkanban.co.uk

Any use of “We”, “Our” or “Us” refers to Scrum and Kanban Limited. Any use of “You” or “User” refers to the user of the Site.

Definitions are not case sensitive and when given in the singular also include the plural use.

Use of the site

All users must read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before using the site.

In using the site, all users agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Users must be aged 18 years or older and must be UK citizens.

We may change these Terms at any time without notification.

The site is for personal use only. You may print or copy parts of the site for personal use but no part may be edited, modified, republished, or transmitted by any other means without prior permission.

We reserve the right to restrict access to, withdraw or amend any part of the site without notification.

Although we will try our best to make sure that the site is available as frequently as possible, we cannot promise that it will be available 100% of the time. We are liable for any issues that you encounter as a result of the site not being available.

We own or have license for all intellectual property rights on the site.

Some information is based on the work of others. Where possible, we will try to credit this work.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are to be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The courts of England are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Any proceedings shall be brought only in the Courts of England.
