Daily Scrum

By | January 4, 2017

A daily event (or meeting) used by Scrum teams to align their work for the day. Often focuses on what each team member did yesterday and intends to do today (along with identifying anything blocking progress). Alternatively the focus can be on what needs to happen to items of work in progress in order for them to be completed. Suggested length: 15 minutes per day. Also known as ‘Daily Stand-up’.
